RENTAL CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
BAD WEATHER: If weather conditions prevent sailing on the day booked for the charter, the parties may jointly decide to postpone the charter or we will refund the full amount of the booking.
CUSTOMS: Refund of up to 70% of the total booking amount up to 30 days before collection. A refund of up to 60% of the total booking amount if the customer cancels 10 days prior to pick-up. If the customer cancels less than 10 days prior to pick-up, no refund will be given. If the customer arrives and decides to end the charter before the scheduled date or time, the days or hours not spent on board the boat will not be refundable.
