CANCELLATION POLICY
BAD WEATHER: If weather conditions do not allow sailing on the day booked for the charter, the parties may jointly decide to postpone the charter or we will refund the full amount of the booking.
CUSTOMS: Refund of up to 70% of the total amount of the booking up to 30 days prior to pick-up. Refund of up to 60% of the total amount of the booking if the user cancels 10 days before pick-up. If the user cancels less than 10 days before pick-up, no refund will be made. If the user arrives and decides to end the charter before the scheduled date or time, the days or hours not enjoyed on board the boat will not be refundable.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Is fuel included? What is the estimated cost for 1 day of use?
No, the boat is delivered with a full tank of fuel and when you return to the port our team will help you to refill it to the same state. The cost of fuel is to be paid by the client.
The approximate cost of fuel for a full day's sailing does not exceed 120€.
Do I need a licence to operate the boat?
Yes, our boat is 7,33 meters long and has 200cv of power, so you need the Spanish PNB, PER or any other accreditation of your country with similar characteristics.
Is there a car park in the port?
Yes, you can park inside the port and it is completely free of charge.
What is not included in the price?
Fuel, skipper, ice, food and drinks.
You can bring with you whatever you want to enjoy an excellent day and our team will store it in the fridge on board.
Near the port there are supermarkets where you can buy any kind of drink or food you need and if you need ice you can buy it in the port itself.
When and how is the booking confirmed?
The booking will be confirmed from the moment this website processes your payment of 20% in advance and the rest before boarding, it is immediate confirmation.
What should we bring on board?
Towels, sunscreen (coloured and spray sunscreens are prohibited), food and drink as well as ice packs to keep them cold.
